Zaynab Institute Courses

The Quran Program is a pre-recorded 4-year diploma program for students who want to learn the translation and commentary of the entire Quran. 

The course is based on authentic Hadith, classical sources of scholarly tafsir, and the lives and teachings of the virtuous believers who were the embodiment of the Quran, with emphasis on understanding the depths of Quranic wisdom and highlighting spiritual insights and practical advice from the meanings of the Quran with the purpose of increasing our heartfelt connection with Allah.

There are two ways of studying in the Qur'an Program that students can choose from.

Classical Islamic Learning (CIL) is a 4-year degree program providing a holistic study of Islamic discipline, focusing on Qur’an Tafseer, Hadith and Fiqh studies and classical Arabic. Please find full course content.

The CIL program incorporates traditional subjects with well-researched, customized academic, spiritual, and practical courses and aims to provide an accessible way for Muslim women towards intellectual and spiritual growth with the purpose of increasing our connection to Allah. 

It should be noted that the CIL course is NOT an alimah course. Zaynab Institute does not offer daurah hadith studies.

We offer courses of various lenghts on various topics such as spiritual development, Seerah and Islamic History, Marriage and childraising through an Islamic lense etc.

These courses are also a part of our longer programs, so if you are signing up for the Classical Islamic Learning Program, you do not need to sign up here separately.
